Our story & identity

What we stand for, how we look, and why we built Click KPI.

Built from frustration

Why Click KPI exists

We were running a SaaS company and tracking KPIs in spreadsheets. Every month, the same ritual: update the numbers, stare at them, ask ourselves "are we on track?" — and never really know.

The dashboards we tried were beautiful but shallow. They showed where we were, but never where we were heading. When an investor asked "will you hit 50K MRR by Q3?" we'd have to pull out a spreadsheet and do napkin math.

So we built Click KPI. A tool that takes your historical data, strips out the noise (outlier months when you landed a whale or lost a big customer), calculates your real growth velocity, and projects it forward to your next milestone date.

The answer to "will we hit our target?" should be one glance away. That's what Click KPI delivers.

Clarity over complexity

We believe the best tools are the ones that disappear. No 47-tab dashboards. No config screens that need a PhD. Just the answer you came for.

Projections over snapshots

Knowing your current MRR is table stakes. Knowing if you'll hit your milestone by June? That's what changes decisions.

European by design

Built in Europe, hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant by default. We support European number formats, currencies, and languages natively.

Logo

The Click KPI mark uses the ◎ (bullseye/target) symbol — representing precision, targets, and hitting your goals.

Typefaces

We pair Instrument Serif for display and headings with DM Sans for body text and UI. The serif adds warmth and editorial quality; the sans provides clarity at small sizes.

Instrument Serif
Italic for emphasis

Display font · Headlines, hero text, large numbers

DM Sans Bold
DM Sans Medium — for subheadings and labels
DM Sans Regular — for body text, descriptions, and UI elements. This is the workhorse typeface that carries the majority of the reading experience. It's clean, geometric, and highly legible at all sizes.

Body font · UI, paragraphs, navigation, buttons

How we speak

We say

"Your MRR projection shows you'll hit €50K by August."

"3 of your 8 KPIs are off track."

"Import months of data in 10 seconds."

We don't say

"Leverage our AI-powered analytics engine to unlock actionable insights."

"Supercharge your growth with our revolutionary platform."

"Seamlessly integrate your data pipeline for real-time synergies."

Our voice is direct, specific, and honest. We use concrete numbers instead of vague promises. We say what the product does, not what it "empowers" or "enables." We respect our users' intelligence and time. When we can say something in 5 words, we don't use 15.
